Our team reaches out to understand your workflows, call scripts, booking rules, and voice preferences. We configure your agent, connect your tools (Google Sheets, calendars, CRM if required), and run a live customisation + training session so you know exactly how to manage your agent.
Step 3
Once setup is complete (usually within 3 days), you’ll receive access to your ZeekAI management portal. From there, you can monitor calls, update your knowledge base, and top up minutes anytime. Your agent is fully operational and ready to handle customer calls 24/7.

Can I customize the AI agent for my business?
Yes. Your AI agent is fully customised — from workflows, scripts, and logic, to the speaking style and voice tone. For booking use cases, you’ll also get a Google Sheets–based management interface to view and update reservations.
Does ZeekAI support multiple languages?

We do not charge a fixed monthly subscription.You pay a one-time setup fee, and after that, usage is billed at $0.40 per minute, charged by the second. There are no minimum commitments — you simply top up based on what your business needs.
Example:A typical reservation call lasts about 30 seconds.
If your business receives 20 calls per day:
20 calls × 30 sec = 600 sec/day
600 sec = 10 minutes/day
Over 30 days → 300 minutes/month
300 minutes × $0.40 = $120 per month
